curved acrylic photo frame
Feature:

acrylic photo frames, it is a little curved;
* All edges are polished by diamond polishing machine;
* The magnets on four corners make the photo change very easy and convenient;
* Sizes can be made according to your requirement freely.
Process:
To get the curve surface, we will need to make a simple wooden mold, covered with a piece of smooth velvet. After the acrylic is cut and polished, we will put it into oven (see below
picture) to heat the acrylic and make it get soft. Then we will put the soft acrylic on the mold and keep the shape until it gets cool. The velvet on the mold is to protect the acrylic surface from getting wrinkled.
